George Pullen was born on May 15th, 1859. George Pullen's father was Alfred Barratt Biggs and his mother was Harriet Burville. His paternal grandparents were Abraham Biggs and Eliza Coleman. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Alfred Andrew, Albert Walter, Eliza Harriet, Isabella Alice, Biggs and May Adeline Burville. He is the fourth oldest of the seven children.
