Elizabeth was born on April 4th, 1708. Elizabeth's father was Henry Chambers and her mother was Sarah Burt. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Chambers and Elizabeth; her maternal grandfather was John Burt and her maternal grandmother is Elizabeth Rusts. She had a brother and six sisters, named Henry, Sarah, Mary, Ann, Hannah, Rebecca and Constance. She was the oldest of the eight children.
