Ann was born on November 14th, 1714. Ann's father was Henry Chambers and her mother was Sarah Burt. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Chambers and Elizabeth; her maternal grandfather was John Burt and her maternal grandmother is Elizabeth Rusts. She had a brother and six sisters, named Henry, Elizabeth, Sarah, Mary, Hannah, Rebecca and Constance. She is the fourth oldest of the eight children.
