Muriel was born on December 4th, 1891 in Worcester Park, Surrey. Muriel's father is Albert Longley and her mother was Mary Leader. Her paternal grandparents were Henry Longley and Eliza Mepham. She had two sisters named Edith and Gertrude. She was the second oldest of the three children. She died at the age of 73 on October 1st, 1965 in Aldershot,Hampshire.
