William Blackler

William was born on April 10th, 1815 in Brixham, England.  William's father is Thomas Blackler and his mother is Rebecca Norris.  His paternal grandparents are John Blackler and Sarah Smith. He had four brothers and three sisters, named John, Thomas, Richard Henry, Richard Henry, Rebecca, Louisa and Elizabeth.  He is the third oldest of the eight children.
